Paragraph IV Disputes: Expert Insights on Hatch-Waxman Litigation Strategies for Brand Name and Generic Drugs

Ms. Lydigsen will be a panelist for the session entitled, 'PTO Proceedings Retrospect: Exploring the Growing Use of IPR, PGR and CBM Review in Hatch-Waxman Litigation' on April 27 at 1:45 p.m. The panel will discuss the use and utility of the various proceedings as they relate to Paragraph IV and Hatch-Waxman.
  • Assessing strategic benefits that can be derived from such proceedings as opposed to district court litigation in a Hatch-Waxman scenario
  • Analyzing the first IPR decisions in the Hatch-Waxman sphere
