Eric Krischke is a registered patent attorney with more than 18 years of experience representing domestic and international clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.  His practice places particular emphasis on global patent portfolio management, strategic client counseling, patent infringement, validity, and due diligence investigations, pre-litigation analysis and litigation.  With solid experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and counterpart foreign patent applications in the mechanical, computer science and electrical arts, Eric is able to counsel a broad range of clients within these industries.

Eric possesses broad litigation experience involving various disputes regarding patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.  He has appeared in numerous post-grant review proceedings before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
