Brinks Among Top U.S. Law Firms in Utility and Design Patent Prosecution for 5th Straight Year
CHICAGO - Chicago-based intellectual property law firm Brinks Gilson & Lione, one of the nation's largest IP firms, has been recognized as one of the top U.S. firms for patent prosecution in utility and design for the fifth consecutive year.
The 2013 edition of The Legal 500 - United States cites Brinks' 'expertise in a wide range of disciplines such as semiconductors, medical devices, telecoms and pharmaceuticals.' The publication singles out Andrew D. Stover, chair of Brinks' patent prosecution practice group, for the second consecutive year, and Michael Milz, chair of its international patent practice.
Also mentioned in this year's The Legal 500 listing are 'a number of notable practitioners,' including Peter Nichols, Kent Genin, Bashir Ali and Lawrence Almeda.
