With significant intellectual property experience in leading technology companies, Fei Hu has an inside view of the vision and demands of the Internet, semiconductor and telecommunication industries.  Fei offers tailored intellectual property services that promote clients’ international interests. 

Fei’s extensive in-house experience in multinational high-tech companies enables him to have an in-depth understanding of clients’ industries and share their business missions.  He leverages his scientific background, legal knowledge and commercial sensitivity to deliver the most cost-effective solutions to tackle clients’ specific legal issues and to serve their global blueprints.  Fei believes in and keeps his practices above and beyond clients’ expectations - acting both as their legal advocate and business strategy advisor.            

Before joining Brinks, Fei served as a senior counsel at ARM Ltd in the UK and China.  Prior to that, he worked with Huawei Technologies, Co. Ltd as a senior legal counsel in the IP Department.  Fei has extensive background in negotiating and drafting technology agreements and licenses.  He is also experienced in litigating patent and unfair competition matters.
